10.0Everything. Almost deafening silence of expansive spaces and wonderous expansive views. All the staff were warm, calm and ever attentive in ways that matched the solitude of this remarkable space. If you are seeking awe, this beautiful place oozes it.

10.0Traumhafte Aussicht. Marli und ihr Team waren wunderbar und so herzlich. Exzellentes frisches Essen, das nur für uns gekocht wurde. Ein leckeres Frühstück und selbergemachtes Brot. Fantastischer Sunset Drive nur für uns zwei Gäste 16.00-19.30h mit Frederic, er hat ein riesiges Wissen über die Tiere, Pflanzen und kennt auch die Buschmann Kultur. Aussicht wie aus dem Flugzeug über die riesige Ebene bei sundowner Drink. Grosse Herden von Zebras und Springböcken in Bewegung. Nachtaktive Tiere in der Dunkelheit - Eulen, Schakale.. wow. Unsere Anreise: Die FahrtStrecke von Hohenstein Lodge nach Omurenga ca 1 Stunde durch tolle Felslandschaft mit Giraffen am Strassenrand. Unser Cottage Zebra war genial, supersauber und sehr gross. Handbrause sehr geschätzt. Alles war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.
− bereits seit 7 Jahren als Gästelodge in Betrieb. Neue technische Geräte wie Wasserkocher, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Föhn wären wünschenswert. Im Schlafzimmer waren die Nachttischlampen viel zu grell und nicht gemütlich. Der Kunstrasen in grell grün passte nicht zu unserem Geschmack und in die Natur; Kies wäre viel schöner. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

Déception totale, ne faites pas tant de kilomètres ça ne vaut pas le coup!
5.0Le lieu est magnifique, j’ai milieu des montagnes et de la végétation, très bien intégré.
− Notre plus grosse déception du voyage. Il est indiqué sur l’annonce que la chambre dispose d’une piscine et d’un hot tube. Il n’y a ni piscine, ni hot tube. Il s’agit d’un jacuzzi avec de l’eau froide qui n’était même pas rempli à notre arrivée et dont nous n’avons donc pas pu bénéficier. Le prix est exorbitant pour la prestation puisque nous avons payé plus de 500€ la nuit pour des équipements vendus qui n’étaient pas. Le soir et le matin il n’y a pas non plus d’eau chaude, on vous l’indique à votre arrivée. Personne pour vous aider avec les valises ou pour vous apporter des serviettes de rafraîchissement comme dans les autres lodge. Quant au repas: il n’est pas non plus inclus dans la tarification, il est imposé, on ne vous demande pas la cuisson de la viande et ne vous indique pas non plus son prix. Nous pensions au moins avoir une carte avec un choix mais rien de tout cela. Le standing proposé n’est pas du tout à la hauteur du prix.

10.0La localisation du lodge est magnifique avec un panorama à 180° de paysages de savane arborescente et de montagnes, où des girafes peuvent être aperçues, L'endroit est très calme et confortable;
