8.0Friendly staff, good sized room
− Breakfast was very basic. Location and schedule for the bus left us in a fairly rigid schedule. It'd be good if this was more flexible or more times were available. We didn't realise the town shuttle was literally 10m away from accom until the last day

− Dryer took forever, so if you go, average 2 hours to get clothes dry 😂

2.0Shuttle & being close to ski resort
− Staff made us feel like we were a burden and were interrupting their day Also breakfast was a child’s serving and sometimes was a menu that not everyone would like e.g oat pancakes Walls were paper thin, could hear everything from the hallway down to the next room - we even had our door knocked on at 10pm at night (woke us up) to advise people had complained our tv was too loud (was on vol 16) Towels were old and thin - were not even in our room and I had to request Bugs all throughout hotel
