− Too many wasps on the balcony due to wasps nest so could not use balcony to sit on A/C was leaking .ended up with a big pool of water on the floor and had to turn off AC which made room too warm to sleep

− Could not access cable TV channels, no instructions. Nexflix did not access live streaming, but choices of other movies was standard and adequate.
