5.0La piscina estaba bien era bonita y grande pero la pintaban con pintura blanca y se nos han manchado los bañadores.
− El bufet es malo siempre hay prácticamente lo mismo y la calidad no me parece la adecuada y como no vayas a primera hora hay mucha cola para entrar , hay que correr para pillar hamaca porque no hay suficientes para todo el mundo, y en la zona de los espectáculos nocturnos igual siempre hay que ir corriendo a todos lados para no quedarte sin sitio no son las vacaciones que me esperaba parecía que estuvieras en el gran prix, la temperatura de la habitación no se puede regular y hace calor, la caja fuerte de la habitación es de pago 4,5 por día , y las toallas de la piscina no te las cambian tienes que pagar un euro por cada toalla cada vez, el hotel es muy antiguo y en el comedor falta luz y la zona de carnes se llena de humo

− Como el personal de recepción mas veterano trataban a una chica joven que había super apaña.
Para ir con niños es genial por qué disfrutan mucho, el precio es muy razonable

− Costaba mucho encontrar una hamaca libre, claramente faltos de hamacas o sobre aforo en zonas comunes por la convergencia de dos hoteles

The SENZIA health and beauty center is open only to adults, except for the special family hours from 10:00 until 11:30. The center is open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, and on Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00.
One child up to 14 years old can stay for free when sharing a room with one adult in a single room and 2 adults in a double.
Please note that gentlemen must wear long trousers at dinner.
The hotel accepts pets up to 15 kg.
