Amazing house in a quiet neighborhood

The House is great, the view exceptional, the nieghborhood perfectly quiet and the feeling is amazing. The communication with the owner was punctual and the 2 dogs living at the property downstairs are lovely.

− Overall the place does not seem too well looked after. The oustide and the pool were in disarray, with abandoned and lit up lounge chairs, dirty water and green bottom of the pool, leaves and dust everywhere. Inside, the bedroom was a bit humid and really dark but would surely improve immediately with and exrta light.

Sehr schöne Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Idealer Standort um mit dem Hund direkt eine Runde in der Natur zu laufen. Großer Wohn Essbereich mit authentischer Küche und schöner Aussicht.

− Leider gibt es entgegen der Anzeige keine Heizung. Die Privacy auf der Terrasse beziehungsweise am Pool ist nicht gegeben, da der hintere Teil der Villa mit direktem Einblick auf Terrasse und Pool separat vermietet/bewohnt wird.

Excellent quiet, roomy, scenic stay with easy car access to the whole island.

Excellent roomy villa, bigger than I expected. Fully equipped kitchen and even had a nice backgammon board for relaxing in the evenings. Really lovely mountain-side location which overlooks the sea. Easy to access with a car and good location for exploring the island. Friendly welcome and support during our stay.

− We were ever so slightly chilly but that's mostly due to the fact that it was unseasonably cold (some locals told us it was the coldest winter in the past 30 years!). It wasn't a big issue.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación de la casa, las vistas y la tranquilidad. El anfitrión muy atento y simpático, nos enseñó la casa y nos explicó todo. La casa es muy espaciosa y el jardín con la piscina y las vistas de fondo es estupendo.

− En cuanto a menaje, hemos echado de menos alguna sartén más (sólo hay una), y un microondas la verdad. Es la primera vez que vamos a un alojamiento y no tiene microondas. Hemos estado 4 noches y sólo nos han dejado 1 rollo de papel WC, que obviamente no nos ha llegado :/ Viajamos con niña y mascotas y nos gusta mantener las estancias bien. Algún producto de limpieza hubiera estado bien, ya que a veces ocurren imprevistos (con multiusos y fregona sería suficiente). Tampoco había jabón de manos... Las camas son cómodas, pero las almohadas son demasiado bajitas. Hemos viajado en febrero y hemos pasado un poco de frío por la noche. Tener acceso a alguna manta extra, estaría genial. La luz en la habitación es tan escasa que no se puede deshacer o hacer maleta si no es de día.

Das war wirklich ein außergewöhnlicher Urlaub abseits der Touristenströme. Lage und Fernblick- einmalig, und da sollten auch die letzten Meter nicht-asphaltierte Straße niemanden abhalten. Das war fast ein Agroturismo, Teile des Hauses sollen über 100 Jahre alt sein. Leider gab es während meines Aufenthaltes Sturm mit Regen, da fühlt man sich wie in einer sicheren Festung.

− Ich hätte gerne im Hauptschlafzimmer ein bisschen mehr Licht gehabt
