The vicious receptionist and the unbearable DJ noise destroyed my entire holiday.

1.0

This hotel was an absolute nightmare. The receptionist was malicious, deceitful, and completely out of control. She intentionally charged my Visa card three times to steal my money, then lied right to my face, saying the transactions failed. When I confronted her, she screamed at me, insulted me, and even snatched my phone out of my hand. She then threatened to call the police on me — a paying guest — just to silence me. I have never felt so humiliated and unsafe in a hotel before. To make things even worse, she deliberately gave me the worst room, the one right next to a nightclub blasting DJ music from 9 p.m. until 7 a.m. It was unbearable — the walls were shaking, and I couldn’t sleep for a single second the entire night. My entire trip was ruined because of her cruelty and lies. This woman should not be allowed to work in hospitality. She is a scammer, a bully, and a disgrace to this hotel. Ziwa Bush’s management should be ashamed for keeping someone like her. Travelers, stay away from this place — unless you want your money stolen, your sleep destroyed, and your dignity trampled.

Ziwa Bush completely destroyed my vacation,I feel shocked, furious, and unsafe. The receptionist woman is the rudest, most malicious person I have ever met in any hotel. Her behavior was not just unprofessional — it was abusive, deceitful, and threatening. She LIED about the noise: There was a nightclub blasting DJ music from 9 p.m. until 7 a.m. — it was like trying to sleep inside a speaker. I didn’t sleep at all and had to cancel my next day’s plans. When I confronted her, she shamelessly lied and said she “didn’t hear anything.” She REFUSED to change my room: Even though the hotel was clearly not full, she gave us the noisiest rooms right next to the music — just because we are Chinese. At 2 a.m., when I begged to pay for another room, she coldly refused. That was pure discrimination. She ATTACKED and THREATENED me: When I asked for the manager’s contact, she snatched my phone, shouted at me, and even threatened to call the police on me — for simply asking for help! I have never felt so humiliated and powerless in my life. She tried to SCAM me: She charged my Visa card THREE times and lied, saying the payments failed. Only when I said I would call the police did she finally refund the money. That’s fraud, plain and simple. Every single bad review of this hotel mentions the same front desk woman — yet management still keeps her. Why? She is destroying your reputation and harassing your guests. I demand to speak to the hotel’s management. No traveler should ever experience such violence, lies, and discrimination. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, gutes Essen und freundlicher Service. Besonders toll fanden wir die warme Wärmflasche im Bett nach dem Dinner – ein nettes Detail.
