Host muy atento y pendiente de todo. Las áreas comunes, con piscina grande y linda y mesas de billar y para sentarse a disfrutar. También tiene un pequeño muelle con mini playa de río. Buena localización para las salidas a las lagunas. El chalé es muy cómodo con 2 baños, camas cómodas, aire, agua caliente, grande TV en fin de todo para pasar varios días!
− Por la zona y justo la calle están construyendo mucho y hay mucha tierra. Cuando llovió fue un charquero.

A piscina do condomínio, de ter a vista/deck para o rio. O apartamento acomodou muito bem o nosso grupo (4 adultos e 1 criança).
− Um dos chuveiros estava dando um choquinho. O acesso para quem não vai de veículo é ruim, por ser longe do centro.

Gostei bastante da atenção e cuidado do anfitrião, esse foi o diferencial, ainda mais se vc tiver algum pedido especial ou ocasião. Os passeios te pegam na porta e você pode pedir taxis tbm. O chalé é bastante grande e cabe mais de 4 pessoas de modo bem confortável,
− O condomínio fica em uma parte da cidade que ainda está se desenvolvendo, então a estrada é de barro. Como choveu bastante, ficou intransitável pra irmos ao centrinho andando (15 minutos). Por isso, tivemos gastos extras com taxi. Não encontrei padarias, etc, por perto. O chuveiro do quarto também não funcionou, somente a mangueirinha. Acho que faltou um pouco de olhar de dono no chalé.

Adorei o condomínio, a piscina é um extra e lá é seguro, confortável e o dono do apartamento, o Fábio, foi de longe o mais gentil e atencioso com a gente, mesmo antes da gente chegar lá. Inclusive gentilmente nos deixou ficar com o carro alugado lá no condomínio por 2 dias pois fomos de barco para Atins. O chalé é uma delícia, espaçoso e tem tudo para cozinhar. Tem ar condicionado, 2 banheiros e é um local que eu retornaria. Se você não conhece Barreirinhas e quer um lugar com excelente custo benefício com certeza é aqui! Super indico! Ahhh tem um rio lindo no fundo do condomínio!!!
