10.0Skvele ubytovani pro rodiny s detma. Prostorne pokoje a dostatel rozkladacich luzek pro deti. Vyborne snidane s detskym koutkem!

− placené parkování daleko od resortu, k večeru již bylo plné, tak jsme museli parkovat jinde snídaně byly dost chudé a podávaly se až od osmi hodin vybavení pokoje omezené

− V apartmánu 3 nehraje televize, dle personálu tam nedosáhne internet. Bylo by dobré na to předem upozornit.

9.0Nic nám nechybělo, vše bylo skvělé - ubytování, snídaně, personál, výhled na zámek. Dětem se líbilo odemykání všech dveří s kódy.
− Po provedení check-out v hotelu, přestaly naše odemykací kódy okamžitě platit a tedy nebylo možné otevřít bránu parkoviště vzdáleném cca 300m od hotelu. Možná by stačilo prodloužit platnost kódu po odhlášení jen o 30 minut, aby člověk stihl odjet z parkoviště k hotelu a naložit zavazadla. :-)

− The room was something between hotel room and appartment. There was a kitchen, very poorly equiped, just 3 cups, there glasses etc.We were 4 people . No cleaning, just towels change. Dirty floor. Sofa broke the first day, we had to fix it. Swimming pool looks great on the picture, but in reality it is a miniature pool for kids only. Moreover, there was a bea nest somewhere, so nobody could use it. It was ' nt in any case value for money, 5000 per appartment per day is simply TOO much. Moreover this did not include breakfast. I was told that in case I ordered it directly in the hotel, I would have had breakfast automatically for this price.a
