5.0− I booked two rooms at the same price, but the experience was different. One room met my expectations, while the other was below standard. It had no view, which was disappointing. The staff was polite and helpful, but they would benefit from more training to improve their professionalism and presentation. Overall, the stay was average, and I hope the hotel ensures consistent room quality for all guests.
