8.0המיקום נהדר, בין הכנרת לעמק המעיינות, החדר מעוצב יפה, נקי ומתוחזק ברמה גבוהה. שודרגנו לחדר עם גינה ביוזמתה של פקידת הקבלה. ארוחת הבוקר נחמדה
− חסרו כלים במטבחון (למשל- סכינים ומזלגות, כלים לחימום), משום שיש וילון כהה בלבד לא ניתן לחסום את שדה הראייה לחדר באופן חלקי

10.0מיקום מושלם החדרים נעימים וחוממו עבורינו לפני שנכנסנו כשהיה קר. לא פגשנו את הצוות מאחר והגענו מאוחר,אך המפתח חיכה לנו בחדר. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נחמדה,לא היה חסר לנו כלום.
− אפשר היה להשאיר חלב במקרר😉
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Seven days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancellation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancellation fee. Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is possible only after 17:00 and check-out until 14:00.
