Pokoj byl sice jednoduchý ale byl čistý. Vybavení poněkud zastaralé. Obsluha příjemná.

8.0Milý personál, dobrá kuchyně, venkovní zastřešené posezení.
− Kdo má chatrné spaní nebo špatně usíná, je tam vše slyšet. Posezení venkovní je pod okny pokojů.
...byly jsme tu jedno noc, víc nocí bych tu asi být nechtěla.
3.0Líbilo se mi prostředí hotelu... Loučná nad Desnou je nádherné misto
− Pokoje vypadaly na fotce jinak než v reálu. Při prvním vstupu do pokoje bylo cítit zatuchlé prostředí, celkové působil pokoj velice male.
