8.0We did not use the Shuttle. The hotel is not too far from the airport (couple miles), but the area around the hotel is so busy and congested. The hotel and its location is an oxymoron. The hotel, Verticca. Is a very nice place. But its located in the worst place that such a nice place could be. Also, parking was very difficult to get in and out.

10.0The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and perfectly clean. It was a beautiful and peaceful escape, offering the best sleep. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, I had many options.
