− Não é confortável, as toalhas são manchadas, tem teias de aranhas nos cantos dos quartos. A internet é pessima e faz com que a Tv não funcione, o chuveiro vários furos sem cair água. Nada do que foi descrito, campo de golf não existe, campo com trave não dá pra acessar de tão alta que a grama está. A janela do banheiro quase cai na cabeça da minha filha. Exijo meu dinheiro de volta.

Gostei da piscina, da área de lazer, da praia, do café da manhã

− É a segunda vez que vou, achei um absurdo pagar de vez mais de 1.000 reais. Poderia dividir em até 6 vezes sem juros. Não gostei do quarto que fiquei, disseram que tinha pessoas, que na verdade não vi ninguém nem entrar e nem sair. Não tinha rede na frente do quarto que fiquei, não teve reposição de shampoo e sabonete, não teve troca de lençol, somente de toalha de banho que foi somente 1 dia. Lugar lindo e belo, mas com seu defeitos. Não tinha ração para alimentar os peixes.

Bom hotel, porém não consideraria um resort

Equipe simpática, cortês e disponível. Área do hotel é bastante ampla, piscina grande e muitos quartos ficam de frente para o mar. Café da manhã foi muito bom. Lago com peixes enormes e lindos. Muita área verde. Os quartos são uma espécie de bangalôs, com divisões e privacidade. São confortáveis, mesmo com cama de casal normal (não é nem Queen). Roupa de cama cheirosa e limpa. O banheiro é amplo e adequado. O restaurante do hotel oferece almoço com muitas opções interessantes.

− Falta de opções de lazer e recreação. Basicamente só tem piscina e praia. Se for um dia chuvoso já não há o que fazer, especialmente se estiver com crianças. Sugerimos a colocação de algumas atividades (pescaria ecológica, mini zoo, parquinho, ponte no lago, pedalinho) que fariam do local um recanto familiar o ano inteiro. Além disso, algumas manutenções se fazem necessárias, como aparar a grama, manutenção nas luzes dos bangalôs e na piscina, onde tem muitos azulejos soltando e gerando alguns pequenos cortes. Senti falta de algum lugar para colocar as roupas molhadas. Lembrando que ao redor do hotel não há muitas opções de divertimento e gastronomia.
