5.0Vieta nakvynei tinkama ir mandagus personalas.
− Lauke prie viešbučio jaučiamas aštrus specifinis kvapas, kas neleidžia laikyti atvirus langus. Kambarys pertvinkęs tabako dūmais. Patalynė papilkėjusi, nuo užskalbimo. Rankšluosčių kvapas - pašutęs, jie pilkos spalvos, bet matomai tik tam, kad užslėpti neišskalbimo faktą. Koridoriuje ant kilimų matomi buvusių vakarėlių likučiai. Kambarių sienos tokios plonos, jog visą naktį girdėjosi kaimynų kalbos. Neįmanoma normaliai išsimiegoti.

− Brak dostępu do WiFi, zimna woda wieczorem i rano. Nie sprawna lampka w pokoju. Poza tym wszystko. Ok.

− Bardzo zły zapach z klimatyzacji. Brudne wykładziny. Nie działały lampki nocne i TV. Głośno zamykające się drzwi do łazienki. Cienkie ściany- słychać rozmowy sąsiadów.

8.0blisko do rynku; cisza i spokój; winda- nie trzeba chodzić po schodach- szczególnie z bagażem; duży parking; śniadanie - ok duży wybór i smacznie można zjeść, a w tle muzyka bez hałasu.
− Klient jeżeli przestawia ustawienia w TV, to przed opuszczeniem hotelu powinien te ustawienia przywrócić.
