3.0The bathroom facilities were great
− The bed was uncomfortable, the bed was very loud and creaky, the main issue was the room temp was 31 degrees the air con system or the room controls were broken so we had to leave and stay somewhere else due to the temperature in the room and the bed

9.0Room character . Good location central bowness.
− Additional 10 pounds parking fee.

9.0Location is perfect. The room was lovely and very clean. The bath tub was amazing!
− No air conditioning. The floor heating was on and after switching off it was still hot for several hours. We went in spring but it was already too hot in the room. Wouldn’t go there in summer unless they install air conditioning

10.0Location was brilliant! Right in the centre with plenty to do and see. Less than 2 minute Walking distance from the front of the lake.
