9.0La habitación estaba limpia, ordenada, todo de acuerdo a lo coordinado. El personal muy atento en realidad, no recuerdo haber coordinado para que me recogieran, sin embargo cuando llegamos a la estación del tren un joven nos estaba esperando para poder acompañarnos.
− La televisión no era Smart, al costado del hotel había un bar que se convertía en discoteca por ser fin de semana y se quedaron hasta tarde, felizmente las ventanas eran antiruidos.

− O banheiro da recepção próximo ao restaurante não era muito limpo. O café da manhã poderia melhorar.
