5.0La atención de Malena Guadalupe Juan Alejandra Candela Lucas Es lo que ayuda y mucho a ese hotel. La ubicación es muy buena. Bien cerca del centro de la ciudad. El desayuno es conforme está informado.
− No elijan habitaciones H8. Hay aroma a desagüe y desagote permanente. Intentan limpiar pero es imposible dormír allí. Hemos planteado la situación pero ayudaron a medias. Nos vamos con ese déficit. Pedimos resarcimiento económico pero no lo hubo.

The staff made my stay very comfortable, and I would come again for free the luggage holding.
8.0The location is fantastic, the staff were extremely helpful and kind, and I really enjoyed my stay. Even after I checked out (check out is at 10am by the way), the staff let me store my suitcase in a back room for the entire day until my bus left at 9pm that night. They are extremely accommodating and were patient answering my many questions with my basic Spanish.
− I could hear everything that was going on in the hall through my door. Luckily there were only two other rooms there, and simply turning on the fan in the room did a good job of covering up any noises.
