We really enjoyed our stay here! The best hotel in Cervinia!

We were in Cervinia just for one night, but the hotel staff made sure we had an amazing stay. Our room and bathroom seemed recently renovated, and it was very comfortable. This hotel is a family business and everyone working there was kind and welcoming! The hotel offers a "taxi" service between the accommodation and the city centre during certain evening hours. They were very accommodating and drove us back and forth to Restaurant Alpage because the weather was too bad to walk or wait for the bus; and they also dropped us off at the Arriva bus stop the next morning although it's further away from the centre. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the views from our balcony because of rain and fog, we would love to come back during better weather.

Staff, politeness and helpfulness. Location, village itself, nearby ski lifts, mountains. Dedicated parking. Breakfasts with hot omlette. Bar and restaurant. Overall environment and mood inside the hotel, when it's foggy outside, it's like Twin Peaks.
