10.0Strefa basenowa na najwyższym poziomie. Można znakomicie wypocząć i zrelaksować się. Posiłki przepyszne
− Rozumiem, że od godz 19 do 21 strefa basenowa tylko dla dorosłych jako relaks i odpoczynek. Strefa ta od 18 lat. Obniżyłabym jednak próg wiekowy. Tu chodzi o małe krzyczące dzieci, które zakłócają ciszę, hałasują, krzyczą itp. Ja byłam z 11 - nasto i 17 - nasto latkiem i byli bardzo zawiedzeni bo to był pierwszy hotel, w którym nie mogli korzystać ze strefy basenowej również wieczorami.

7.0it was clean but it seems like the service has to improve to previous standards, it was ok but before as we stayed here it was much more customer oriented. as an example as we were mising glassed in the room and the receptionist told us to go to the resturant and grab some.. in a 4 star hotel my expectation is that they do it for you. small thinghs like this
− we had breakfast include but didnt eat as we rather go for an early lunch on the town, it was quiet basic. in the past as we have stayed there before they used to have an omllete station and that was worth grabbing breakfast.

1.0Lokalizacja i wyżywienie.
− Otrzymaliśmy pokój na parterze znajdujący się w sąsiedztwie klubu nocnego. W dni kiedy funkcjonuje klub nocny w pokojach nie obowiązuje cisza nocna. Po mojej interwencji około 23.00 umożliwiono nam nocowanie w pokoju dwa piętra wyżej. Obsługa poinformowała nas iż o w/w "niedogodności" informuje gości którzy zamawiają pokój telefonicznie. Na Państwa stronie nie ma zamieszczonej takiej informacji. W mojej ocenie jest to celowe wprowadzanie klientów w błąd. Wybrałem hotel 4 gwiazdkowy z nadzieją uzyskania wysokiego standardu usług, a na miejscu spotkało nas coś w rodzaju hotelowego obozu wędrownego.
