− Aufzug kaputt und musste in den siebten Stock. Es war den ganzen Tag Stromausfall und wir mussten das Hotel wechseln und haben kein Preisnachlass bekommen
Komme wieder und werde es weiter empfehlen.

Convenient location, but poor cleanliness, unresolved maintenance issues, and disappointing customer
1.0The best thing about this hotel was its location. It was very convenient and made it easy to get around Frankfurt.
− The cleanliness of both my room and the other rooms my family booked was disappointing. The bathrooms were not very clean, there was an unpleasant smell, and when I checked the bed sheets, I found visible dirt on them. Another major issue was that two of the rooms we booked had no air conditioning. My family had a very difficult time sleeping because the rooms became extremely warm. When we raised this with the hotel staff, we were simply told that these things can happen and that there was nothing they could do. I found this response very disappointing, as there was no real effort to resolve the issue. We also experienced problems with the hot water, and the way this was handled was equally unsatisfactory. Instead of trying to find a solution or offering compensation, we were told that if we were unhappy, we could look for another hotel. Overall, I was disappointed not only by the condition of the hotel but also by the lack of customer service and willingness to address legitimate concerns. I would not choose to stay here again.
