В номері чисто, велика кімната

− Мало розеток, вода тільки гаряча (опікає руки), вода смердюча, грязна. Пульт від кондиціонера відсутній. Телевізор показує дуже погано (бігуді). Не зручні сходи на третій поверх.

Дуже сподобався готель! Усюди чисто, охайно та затишно. Номер доглянутий, комфортний, є все необхідне для відпочинку. Особливо хочеться відзначити привітність персоналу. На рецепції працює дуже приємна та уважна пані, яка створює гарне враження вже з перших хвилин перебування. Загалом увесь колектив доброзичливий, ввічливий і завжди готовий допомогти. Дякую за чудовий сервіс та гостинність! Обов’язково повернемося ще. 😊🏨✨
