− The breakfast was horrendous the service was somehow worse than the food Was promised buffet but the lads didnt feel like creating the buffet Food terrible Service bad English

− AC keep cooling can’t be adjusted I use to switch it off and on again and again. Mattresses of room 107 should be changed it’s broken in between and uncomfortable

1.0Genetal Manager after he stopped criticising and accepted my complaints.
− Using the hotel as party venue with very loud music from 8pm to last beyond 12pm, selling party guests the hotel rooms for after party stay guests using the corridors for loud conversations and staff clearing the banqueting rooms from 12am to I do not know until what time as I collapsed from exhausation.
