Заїхали на ніч ,було зручно..не хватало кави зранку
9.0Приїхали пізно ввечорі .нас зустріли ,підкзали де паркуватися,запропонували вранці годину басейну бескоштовно (але ми їм не користувалися ,але бачили з вікна)
− У намері намає чашек ,і взагалі нічого,щоб випити чаю або кави вранці .мабуть,є кафе ,або ресторан ,але ми не користувалися .
Мені поцарапали пошкодили машину на їх тісному паркінгу і ніхто не поміг вирішити це по камерам
1.0− Жахливе місце! Залишитесь із побитою машиною та зіпсованими нервами Вважаю, що за такі гроші сервіс мав би бути добрий, але цей готель — повне розчарування. Парковка тут мікроскопічна, машини стоять впритик, розвернутися нормально вообще невозможно, капець як тісно. У підсумку мені хтось сильно поцарапав авто на їхній же території і просто втік! Коли я звернувся до адміністрації то охоронець і персонал повелися максимально по-хамськи — вони не хотіли або якоби не могли надати мені записи з камер відеонагляду. Начали ліпити якісь дитячі відмазки, шо камери саме в цей момент не працювали, або що доступ є тільки у директора, якого немає. Повна безвідповідальність і наплювательське ставлення до чужого майна! Ніякої безпеки, сервіс просто на нулеві. Нікому не раджу сюди потикатися
