− พนักงานต้อนรับที่ไม่รู้จักคำว่าต้อนรับ ไม่ทำให้แขกรู้สึกได้ว่าถูกต้อนรับ เข้าไปแล้วอยากออกทันที ควรจะศึกษาคำว่าบริการและต้อนรับให้เข้าใจก่อนที่จะมาทำงานนี้ ผมเป็นแขกที่เสียเงินเข้าไปแต่กลับมีความรู้สึกว่าต้องไปขออาศัยอยู่ ช่วงเวลาที่พักอยู่ไม่มีคำว่าสวัสดีเลยสักครั้งหนึ่ง อาบน้ำระวังไฟดูด เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นแนะนำให้แขวนสูงกว่านี้
