Gran hotel y gran equipo humano. Atención eficiente, profesional y cercana
10.0Ubicación, atención del personal, calidad de la habitación, servicios, cercanía con supermercados y con talleres de coches (tuvimos una pequeña avería). Nos atendieron de maravilla, gente amable y eficiente. Nos ayudaron con sitios para comprar comida, para reparar el coche, con lugar de aparcamiento (parking del Aldi a 20 metros), y fue gente extremadamente amable y servicial. Sin duda volveremos a alojarnos. Especial mención al rerepcionista de tarde, muy proactivo y eficiente, y a la recepcionista de la mañana, que nos cambió a una habitación mejor y tuvo en todo momento en cuenta uestras necesidades sin haberle pedido nada. Grahotel y gran equipo humano.

1.0− Lo que menos me gustó fue el trato de un miembro del personal al llegar al hotel. Nos atendió de forma muy maleducada. En primer lugar, hizo preguntas sobre nuestra vida privada, algo que considero totalmente fuera de lugar. Además, llevábamos un táper con comida para nuestro bebé. Mi marido fue al microondas para calentar la sopa y este empleado le dijo de malas maneras: "¿Qué haces aquí dando vueltas?". Mi marido le explicó que solo quería calentar la comida de nuestro hijo. Entonces le respondió que no tenía derecho a usar el microondas sin preguntarle antes. Mi marido le pidió disculpas por no haber preguntado, pero aun así el empleado siguió hablándole con muy mala educación y faltándole al respeto. Mi marido siempre se dirigió a él con respeto y educación, pero no recibió el mismo trato. Me decepcionó mucho esa actitud, especialmente porque un empleado de un hotel debe tratar a los clientes con amabilidad y profesionalidad. Al día siguiente comenté lo ocurrido con la chica de recepción. Ella nos atendió muy bien, nos escuchó con atención y fue muy amable, por lo que agradezco su actitud.
