4.0The hotel's staff were very polite, professional, and very helpful. They were eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible given the error that occurred.
− The manager immediately was offering nothing but excuses and stories about Booking.com being a terrible service provider that made the situation worse. Blaming Booking.com, and providing excuses for the error that occurred from their hotel was a terrible off-start. He tried to fix the situatation, however, leaving a client without accommodation due their error and given that the fridge was faulty, leaving the room smelling foul did not help the situation. The linens were stained.

4.0I liked the front desk staff’s treatment. They are friendly, descent, flexible and very helpful.I liked the restaurant as well since it is exemplary as the food was delicious and very clean and the service was amazing.
− Rooms aren’t clean. The hotel is located right in front of a playing area where it is very loud and noisy only if you choose the nile view side, so if you would like to relax or to spend a quiet time away from the crowd, I believe that it wont be satisfying to choose “nile view”. However, the nile view is amazing from the balcony if noise doesn’t bother you. Regarding the cleanliness, it was disappointing.
