10.0The accommodation is in a great location, the staff is charming and attentive to every request. Breakfast is very rich and varied. Excellent dinners for every guest staying. Professional chef and charming wine sommelier with a wealth of professional knowledge. We will definitely be back.

10.0Herausragendes Personal (alle!), das nur "ja" als Antwort kennt! Herausragendes Frühstück! Sehr schöner SPA-Bereich. Alles sehr, sehr sauber.
− Noch besser wäre höchstens Lage direkt an der Piste, ein Upgrade beim Zimmer, ein Tisch mit Blick, kinderfreie Zeiten im Schwimmbad und einfache Bedienung der Duschen im Pool-Spa-Bereich gewesen. Es wird dort viel kalt geduscht ;) "Nicht gefallen" geht aber anders!

− Viele Gäste kommen in Skikleidern zum Frühstück. Das passt nicht zur Klasse des Hotels. Dies liegt jedoch nicht am Hotel, sondern am Anstand der Gäste…
