10.0Superbe hôtel avec un personnel incroyable. Le service recrutement a fait du bon boulot, on ressent une bonne ambiance et une bonne entente. Tout le monde est super gentil et aux petits soins. Nous avons réservé nos 4 dernières nuits en demi pension après 2 semaines à parcourir l'île et il s'agissait du lieu idéal pour se détendre et se reposer. L'hôtel est très calme, l'ambiance y est détendue, les infrastructures sont bonnes et les repas sont de qualité avec une carte différente chaque jour. La piscine était également parfaite (propre, température idéale, vue sur mer, calme et confort des transats).
− Le sauna et hammam trop long a monter en température. La difficulté à réserver des massages, pas de possibilités d'obtenir de créneaux en fin de journée mais cela dépend aussi du prestataire extérieur à l'hôtel. Cependant pas suffisant pour baisser la note et notre satisfaction globale.
