4.0Staff & comfy bed. Food was nice and arrived promptly.
− Lack of hot water in the evening and state of showers ( old, cracked and dirty ). Pigeons roosting in the ceiling. Door handles not fully functional.. Carpets not clean. Loud music until 2am.

− Pigeons in roof above us, dust (presumably from pigeons movement) on pillows! Pigeons on verandah outside room, including piles of manure. Taps in room and breakfast room signposted unusable. Bathroom and toilets some distance from room.
