− Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer Außen Anlage ist sehr mangelhaft Und das das Frühstück nicht im Preis inbegriffen war

2.0Das Zimmer war sauber im Gegensatz zum restlichen Gebäude.
− Das Haus war heruntergekommen. Kein Hotel!!! Eher Notunterkunft. Alles wirkte verlassen und gruselig. Nicht zu Empfehlen für Alleinreisende. Habe keinen Code für den Schlüssel fürs Zimmer erhalten.
Unkomplizierter Check-in, aber Mängel im Detail und holpriger Check-out
7.0Der telefonische Vorab-Service am Samstag war super. Da wir unsere genaue Ankunftszeit noch nicht wussten, wurde uns unkompliziert die Zimmernummer mitgeteilt und der Schlüssel steckte bereits. Das hat absolut reibungslos funktioniert! Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen („wie bei Oma“), aber für uns völlig in Ordnung und gemütlich.
− Im Badezimmer war leider die Brausestange defekt und die Handbrause hat nicht richtig in die Halterung gepasst, was das Duschen etwas umständlich gemacht hat. Zudem ging eines der Nachtlichter über dem Doppelbett nicht. Bei der Abreise war leider niemand an der Rezeption anzutreffen. Wir haben den Schlüssel auf den Tresen gelegt und lediglich einem Herrn im Frühstücksraum wegen unserer Abreise Bescheid gegeben – dieser verstand jedoch kaum Deutsch, weshalb wir uns unsicher sind, ob das überhaupt verstanden wurde. Die Mängel im Zimmer konnten wir vor Ort leider niemandem mehr melden.

− Außen Anlage sehr herunter gekommen Obwohl ein Saal und Küche vorhanden sind gibt es kein essen aber Frühstück
