9.0La struttura si trova in una posizione incredibile, all’interno delle costruzioni adiacenti al Monastero di San Naum. Durante il giorno la zona è piuttosto frequentata dai visitatori del monastero, ma verso le 19 la maggior parte se ne va e torna una tranquillità assoluta. La vista sul monastero e sul lago è spettacolare, naturalmente scegliendo una camera con vista lago. La posizione è inoltre perfetta per esplorare tutta la zona: spiagge, fiume, sorgenti, piccoli monasteri e chiese sono tutti facilmente raggiungibili. La struttura è molto silenziosa e il vero privilegio è svegliarsi presto al mattino: prima che arrivino i visitatori diretti alle spiagge, si può godere del lago praticamente tutto per sé. Un’esperienza davvero speciale.
− La cucina del ristorante chiude alle 19:00 in punto. Per noi “europei del sud” può sembrare piuttosto sorprendente, ma alla fine siamo all’interno di un monastero: bisogna semplicemente adattarsi ai ritmi e ai rituali monastici!
