A very clean hotel with excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and outstanding hospitality.
9.0We had a wonderful stay at Hotel One Jinnah Islamabad. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Mehrab Nabi, who served breakfast every morning with a warm smile and outstanding hospitality. We were also very grateful to be upgraded from a twin room to a comfortable suite, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
− The only small disappointment was that we were charged for a few snacks from the minibar when checking out. We had assumed they were complimentary for guests. Apart from this minor issue, everything else was outstanding.
