10.0Nádherný hotel, velmi milý personál, krásné čisté wellnes, úžasná snídaně, skvělá restaurace. Velmi příjemné bylo podlahové topení v koupelně. Určitě se vrátíme.

7.0Ubytování se nachází v krásné lokalitě. Nabízí moc hezké a komfortní pokoje, ze kterých je nádherný výhled z balkonu na okolní hory. Velkým plusem je také příjemná atmosféra ve wellness a chutné, rozmanité snídaně.
− Bohužel to trochu působilo dojmem, že si hrají na luxus, který ale realita neodráží. Služby mají nedostatky (např. nefunkční lednice na pokoji) a ceny doplňkového prodeje na recepci jsou naprosto přemrštěné. Nejvíc mi ale vadil přístup personálu – místo profesionálního chování jsme ze strany recepce cítili spíše snobský despekt a neochotu, pokud člověk nedělá útratu podle jejich představ.
