A comfortable stay, close to family.
10.0Location close to family who live close to Ackworth. Breakfast good - coffee nice n hot. Able to charge car at premises. Could gather family outside my daughter’s room whilst grandson asleep. Iron and ironing board available . Very comfortable bed. Outside service on patio - although a little slow.
− Nobody on reception when we arrived - had to find .Travellers could be offered tea and refreshments on arrival prior to check in. Help with taking bags to room would be appreciated. Restaurant objected to seating our family together for celebration despite doing so on a previous visit. With 17 people in our party many of them staying with you, a family discounted rate would have been appreciated- said rooms booked under Crawley, Crawley-Till, Smith (x2) and restaurant under Cuniffe-Sharp..

9.0An excellent family run hotel in quiet lovely grounds and very convenient for the A1. The restaurant is also very good as was the breakfast.
