− The hotel itself was good, but on the last night of our stay in the evening there was a problem, the water in the toilet started to flow constantly, as a result of which the water did not drain. We went to the reception, they came to see us and the guy said that he was not a plumber and it was already late, he was sorry but he could not do anything, when we asked if I wanted to go to the toilet, what should I do, they told us that there is a shared toilet on the floor below the reception, go there, he can not do anything. that's how this hotel solves the problem, that is, it turns out that I paid for the room and have to go two steps below to the toilet because he can not do anything. In the morning when we checked out, we never heard an apology

− Uns hat es etwas an "Unterhaltung" gefehlt. Leider gibt es kein Abendessen und auch keine Bar, sodass man abends etwas daran gebunden ist auszugehen.

10.0ممتاز وفيو روعه ، يمر القطار بهدوء ، فيها جميع الخدمات مسبح وساونا وبخار وشطاف في الحمامات والمواقف مجانيه 5 دقائق للزحليقه وركوب تلفريك قمة جبل كابرون الثلج والافطار جداً ممتاز
