I guess you pay for the view

− Close to main road with traffic noise. Lots of stairs to climb with luggage. Limited breakfast

7.0The staff were very friendly and attended to our concerns
− The mountain view rooms by the road were very noisy with traffic. It was also a bit isolated as we had no transport but did arrange a driver for 4hrs.
Misleading views, multiple bugs found in the room, and a disappointing response from the hotel.
6.0The location was decent, but the overall experience was greatly impacted by major discrepancies with the room and hygiene issues.
− The room we received did not match the online listing photos. The booking page advertised an open balcony view, but our actual room directly faced dense, overgrown trees that completely blocked the scenery, as shown in balcony right.jpg, balcony left.jpg, and balcony front.jpg. More importantly, we discovered multiple bugs throughout the room during our stay—including a bed bug on the bed sheets, a bug on the headboard, and another insect on the bedding, all documented in bugs found in room.jpg. When we brought these hygiene concerns to the hotel's attention, they denied the issue and did not take appropriate action to resolve it.
