− La habitación tenía muchos desperfectos y la ducha era incómoda, con una mampara minúscula y difícil regulación de temperatura

8.0The location is amazing. Right in nature. Extremely close to Bilbao. The breakfast was simple but nice with different types of milk, nice bread, etc. There was filtered water all the time. The hotel has seen better days.
− The bathroom lights weren’t working. The fridge wasn’t working.

9.0Me gustó la zona, estuve muy a gusto, la ducha es algo antigua pero sale fenomenal el agua, las toallas son auténticas, grandes y suaves. El desayuno es muy completo, para mi suficiente, con zumo de naranja natural. Hay parking cubierto gratuito con ascensor y tienen otro exterior.
− Fui con la familia, ocupamos tres habitaciones, una de ellas era más vieja, tenía bañera y no era tan cómoda como la mía que tenía ducha. Había luces fundidas que no cambiaron, si bajamos a pedirlo pero no llegaron a ponerlas antes de irnos.
Calidad precio no recomendado.
3.0El personal muy amable y el desayuno muy bien
− Los colchones son de muelles y están ya muy utilizados . Había telarañas por el techo, la ducha de hidromasajes de la habitación no funcionaba, el riel de la cortina acabado con cinta aislante negra y el mobiliario está viejo y muy usados y desgastados .
