− Le falta mantenimiento al hotel , como es posible que paguemos y al llegar. Nos ofrezcan algo diferente, eso es engaño fraude

9.0El servicio al cliente es excelente y la calidad-sabor de los alimentos es exquisita. Sus instalaciones son perfectas si lo que buscas es relajarte en la piscina, la playa y el restaurante, puesto que su ubicación a pie de playa es mágica. Sin duda regresaría solo por el trato al cliente y sus alimentos
− La limpieza en los pasillos es algo que debería mejorar y la comodidad de las camas es un aspecto a considerar. Algo que estaría genial es que fuera recepción con un horario más amplio, puesto que si llegas muy temprano al pueblo, tu habitación te la entregarán hasta las 2 pm y es tiempo perdido.

− Las instalaciones, los cuartos tenían lagartijos y no pudimos utilizar la litera de arriba porque andaban en el techo, tenía muchos insectos. El precio de los alimentos y bebidas era muy elevado a comparación de los lugares de comida en San Blas.
