Liar, liar!
1.0I only booked one night and stayed only one night, and checked out on time, yet I was charged twice. When I checked in, the front desk asked me to swipe my card again, lying to me that there wouldn't be double charging. Liar! I've been trying to get a refund for half a month and still haven't received one.

− Location was unconfirmed, hotel had a bad smell overall. Instead of giving us the online price at the counter the attendant made us check in online, seemed rather lazy.
