4.0La casa és maca, i està ben decorada.
− Hem tingut problemes amb l’aigua calenta i molt poc servei per a solucionar-ho. Han trigat molt en donar-nos una solució, i quan ho han arreglat, s’ha tornat a espatllar al cap d’una estona. Només ens hem dutxat 1 vegada en tot el cap de setmana. Això són coses que poden passar, però hem sentit molta falta d’atenció. A la casa no hem vist ningú del personal en tota l’estada, de manera que tot ha estat a distància.
