Served its purpose
6.0Close to where I had to attend a meeting so it served its purpose. 10 minutes walk to the local mall / movie theater.
− A reasonable walk (15 minutes)from the Kaifu subway station. Hotel was somewhat rundown. Room size was okay.
The hotel is reasonably priced and is in a good location.
9.0The location was difficult to find at first, but it's situated nicely between subway stations and bus stops. The hotel staff were very nice, especially the cleaning staff. Unfortunately, I forgot almost all of my Chinese when I got there, and couldn't communicate well, so we had to use some translation apps to get by. The shower and bed were nice.
− The window in my room was broken and couldn't be closed, but I didn't mind because the weather was mild and I would've kept the window open anyway. I don't think the thermostat worked either - but again, the weather was good and I didn't really need to use it. Breakfast was nice when I used the facilities (I mostly ate elsewhere though). There was a problem with my card being charged and I had to pay in cash because of it - my bank claimed that the hotel hadn't attempted to charge my card at all, so I don't know what went wrong.
