9.0The room was comfortable and clean. Although located in the centre of town, it was not noisy at all. Very friendly staff!

10.0We had a fantastic stay. The lake was only minutes away. The staff were all friendly and helpful. On site food was delicious. It was the only place we stayed that enabled us to relax by watching TV after a busy day. Other hotels stated satellite tv but it was all still Italian which meant we couldn't understand.

9.0Great location and near to everything you need in Varenna. Clean, everything we needed. Great air con (which was needed when we there are it was 36 degrees Celsius!). Breakfast was simple but all we needed.
