− Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The front office staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. On check-in, the bedsheets, pillow covers, and blanket covers provided were clearly not fresh or properly washed. Despite repeatedly insisting that they had already been changed, it was only after I pointed out visible dust, hair, and dirt that they finally replaced them. The staff’s attitude was disappointing, as they were more interested in denying the issue than resolving it promptly. Another major disappointment was the so-called “breakfast included.” It was extremely poor in quality and variety. There were no eggs or any other protein-rich options. Breakfast was limited to basic items like puri-sabji or bread with jam, which falls well below the standard one would expect from a hotel offering complimentary breakfast. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and substandard breakfast made the stay unpleasant. I would strongly advise travelers to consider other hotels if they value hygiene, hospitality, and a decent breakfast.
