Die Angestelten im Hotel haben mir einen sehr schönen Aufenhalt in Ilmenau geboten, dafür danke.
9.0Das Frühstück war sehr gut, ganz toll. Der Empfang durch die Person an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich und sehr hilfreich, z.B. bei der Empfehlung für ein Restaurant am Abend und zum Abfahrtsort des Busses am Folgetag.
− Aber es ist nicht wichtig aber aufgefallen, dass die Nutzung des TV (Senderliste) nicht optimal war.

9.0Es ist ein modernes, sauberes Hotel mit allem was man sich als Gast wünschen kann. Dazu hilfsbereitens, höfliches Personal. Nur die Kopfkissen sollten dem Kopf einen gewissen Halt geben. Alles andere perfekt, einfach klasse. Danke an das gesamte Team.😃😃
