− Het is vrij gehorig. Je hoort goed wat de buren doen en ook de parkeerplaats levert wat rumoer wat het beetje glas niet tegenhoudt helaas

− Dat de zijtoegang, die wanneer het restaurant gesloten is niet kinderwagen vriendelijk is met een stalen trapje. Niet in combinatie met een “familiekamer”
