9.0Good location and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also nice and the AC was working well.
− There is no warm water but the water is okay temperature as the outside temperature is either way high. Other than that the beds were a bit stiff for our liking but it was okay

7.0Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y siempre están limpias e impecables, la ubicación es buena y el personal, especialmente Adrián es muy atento y está siempre pendiente para servir!
− La música en las áreas sociales era muy alta y era música popular colombiana, tipo Yeison Jiménez y ese tipo, creo que otro estilo de música podría alinearse mejor con el estilo del hotel
