− Staff neither speak English nor understand it properly. As a tourist place its a minimum requirement. You can never see a manager around. They dont provide early breakfast if you need to leave at 7 or 7:30 in the morning which most of the hotels do when they charge for breakfast inclusive. They don't even try to refund the amount. Wifi signals never available. Hand wash diluted for premium price and towels look very bad with white turned to brown almost. Mattress is not comfy, dont know how this property has such good reviews.
Please don't call premium.

3.0− During my previous stay, the experience was pleasant, which is why I chose this property again. Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. The front desk service was poor, and the AC in the room had issues that appeared to be known beforehand, yet the room was still assigned to us. Additionally, the hotel advertised laundry facilities among its amenities, but no such service was available during our stay. These shortcomings significantly affected our comfort and left us disappointed at checkout. I hope the management addresses these issues to restore the quality of service that guests expect.

− Everything from room to parking area. The parking area was stinky and the room was full of termites.
