Nice - just need better menu , no kids playing at night by rooms and no noisy fans all night.

− Menu small and basic compared to photos on the page advertising.. our room had an electric fan in the bathroom which didn’t switch off all night so extremely noisy and heating wasn’t on in the evening so room cold , kids playing on landing at 1030pm wasn’t great .

Wonderfully hospitable and kind people.
9.0The bed was fabulously comfortable and the sheets were lovely cotton. Quality that you normally only get in the best hotels! Lovely meal in a room with a roaring fire.
− Nothing. The dinner options were a bit more limited than normal but this was a Monday night after all. Great that the kitchen was open!!
