4.0この時期は宿泊費用が下がって有難い。 また電子タバコが吸えるのでこちらも助かる。 場所が大牟田だけに目的は限られると思うが 助かっている。
− 今回、東館に初めて宿泊したが景観が悪く そもそも窓の位置が景色を見るように作られていない。 過去数回宿泊時は西館だったので大牟田ののどかな風景が 今回見られなかったのが残念。 連泊するのに一度もカーテンを開けずじまいで残念だった。 宿泊する際は確認した方が良いですね。

− 雨で部屋が水浸しになり、部屋を変えた。最初のスタッフの説明不足（部屋に電話がないのみの説明/実はワンランク上の部屋）で憤慨した。
