Tout était parfait. Le lieu est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Le matin la vue sur les montgolfières est sublime. Les hôtes sont très gentils : nous avons réservé une voiture et nous nous étions trompés dans les dates. Notre hôte a pris le temps de nous aider en téléphonant à notre place. Vraiment très gentils.

Super verblijf, locatie en top personeel!

Locatie was perfect! Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam Lekker ontbijt! Mijn vrouw en kind wilden paardrijden maar moesten hiervoor naar een boerderij. Personeel van het hotel heeft ons er heen gebracht! Dit vonden we super tof!

Had beter gekund.

Heel grote kamer, groot terras. De luchtballonen vliegen letterlijk over het terras heen. Restaurants in het gehucht zijn van goede kwaliteit.

− We zaten voorheen meer in het centrum dus voelde voor ons wel als een downgrade. Het is echt een gehucht, er zijn maar een paar restaurants en heel weinig te beleven. Je moet een serieuze klim doen voor het hotel te bereiken en taxi’s en transfers gaan niet tot het hotel dus wel best vermoeiend met valiezen en in de hitte. Warm water in de kamer laat op zich wachten. We hebben dit hotel geboekt voor de jacuzzi op het dak terras. We waren dan ook erg teleurgesteld toen het water ijskoud was. Hieronder hebben we de grootste beleving gemist. Gelukkig moesten we niet betalen maar dit zou echt niet mogen. Ook gaan andere toeristen naar boven. Algemeen vond ik het teleurstellend zeker na een verblijf in een ander hotel van deze keten.
